Products can carry batch numbers and expiry dates, and expiry reports flag stock approaching its date so you can act before it is written off. **What if my product count outgrows my plan?** Add capacity in blocks of 1,000 with the Extra Products add-on, or move up a plan if you expect to keep growing. ### Help centre: Account & plans **How do I add staff and control what they see?** Invite staff by email from Settings > Team and assign a role. Roles control which modules, branches and reports each person can open, and every change is written to the audit trail. **Can I change plan or billing period later?** Yes. Where do I start?** Open the product's stock ledger, where every movement is listed with its source document. Compare the ledger against your physical count, then post a stock adjustment for the difference so the correction is recorded rather than overwritten. **A bill will not save.** The most common causes are a closed fiscal period, a product with no opening stock, or a customer missing a PAN where one is required. The error banner names the field; fix it and re-save. **Reports do not match my bank.** Check that all payments are recorded against the right account and that no entries sit in an unposted state. The Unreconciled report lists everything that has not been matched. **Something else is broken.** Contact support with your business name and, if you have one, the reference on the error message.
