No. MeroIMS runs entirely in your browser and syncs to the cloud. Log in from any device desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
Most small businesses are live the same day. Multi-branch setups with large product catalogues usually take a few days, mostly spent cleaning data. Every plan includes onboarding help from our team.
Absolutely. Import products, customers, suppliers and opening balances from Excel or your current software in minutes with guided mapping.
Yes. One login can hold several workspaces, such as a second shop or a personal profile. Each workspace has entirely separate customers, stock, documents and books, and Switch Profile moves between them.
Every plan includes 24/7 customer support plus online guidance from our customer service team, so someone walks you through setup before you go live.
Features
Yes. Every plan includes branches and warehouses, stock is counted per warehouse, and transfers between locations are received at the other end before stock lands, with optional approval. Add-ons extend branches and warehouse locations beyond your plan.
Yes. Your organisation can display either Bikram Sambat or Gregorian dates, and printed invoices and bills carry both the AD date and the BS miti.
Yes. The retail till handles scanning, payment and 80mm receipts, with live stock so two tills never sell the same last unit, plus shift X and Z reports. POS is enabled on the Platinum and Diamond plans.
Yes. An Android app is available on Google Play and an iOS app is coming soon. Every plan includes the mobile app for tracking inventory, and Platinum and Diamond add apps for operators, drivers and customers.
Yes. Gold plans and above include an online store served from your MeroIMS catalogue, so online stock and prices always match what you sell over the counter. Custom storefront themes come with higher plans or as an add-on.
Yes. Products can carry batch numbers and expiry dates, and expiry reports flag stock approaching its date so you can act before it is written off.
Yes. Sales returns, purchase returns and credit notes each post the matching double-entry journal automatically, so your books and your VAT report stay in agreement.
Accounting, receivable, payable, sales, purchase, tax, inventory and analytics reports, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, General Ledger and customer and supplier statements. VAT, TDS and Annex-ready reports are on every plan, and every report exports to CSV or Excel and prints.
Yes. The cheque register follows each cheque through its real lifecycle. A received cheque sits in a clearing account until it clears into your bank, and if it bounces the amount goes back onto the customer's balance.
Plans, account & data
Nothing stops working. You see a notice in the dashboard first, then add capacity with the Extra Products add-on (1,000 products per block) or Extra Transactions add-on (10,000 journal entries per block), or move up a plan.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated against what you have already paid. Changing billing period, monthly to yearly for example, takes effect at your next renewal.
Yes. Invite staff by email and assign a role. Roles control which modules, branches and reports each person can open, with view, create, edit and delete set per module, and every change is written to the audit trail.
Yes. Products, ledgers, transactions and reports export to Excel or CSV at any time. Your data stays yours.
