What it is
SMS reaches customers who will not open an email and do not use a smartphone app, which for most Nepali retail is a large part of the list. This add-on lets MeroIMS send transactional messages from the events already in your system: an order confirmed, a payment received, a due date approaching.
This add-on is not yet available. It is listed here so you can plan for it, and we will tell you when it is ready.

Can I send marketing messages with it?
It is designed for transactional messages tied to a customer's own orders and payments. Bulk marketing has separate rules and separate consent requirements.
